Daniel graduated summa cum laude from New York University, working there as an actor, director, dramaturg, and writer. In New York, he directed and produced Waiting for Godot, Agnes of God, and No Exit. He was the first NYU student to have a full-length original play produced on the Tisch Drama mainstage. A public school teacher in metro Atlanta for three years, Daniel has taught AP Literature, AP Language, American Literature, and all sorts of drama classes. A two-time STAR teacher of the year, he inaugurated the drama program at Johns Creek High School and directed an award-winning season there. He is also an instructor at the Georgia Governor’s Honors Program, and a founding director of The Shakespeare Studio, a not for profit educational theater company in Johns Creek.
